Holly and team were extremally helpful and answered all questions I had (there were a lot) even if it was a "I am not sure let me get back to you" and they got back to us. They helped us find solutions to problems that arose. For this being my first home buying experience it was as pleasant as it could have been. I enjoyed the app and the ease in which I was notified about documents that need my attention. Holly even talked me off a ledge a time or two. all the team was great to work with.

Communication

Remember the terms of our deal and stop waiting for us to constantly check in on progress. I wish I didn’t have to constantly worry on the process but our terms, finances and mortgages were messed up many times which cause extra signatures, more phone calls while my husband and I worked and more stress overall to really know if getting this done on time was possible. Surprised that this level of complacency is still in business.

I expected this part of the process to be grueling and tiresome. that has not been the case so far. the App is a great addition and allows me to see where we are at
