    We was working with one person and In the middle of the Process we was told that the person who was working with us had been Laid off with know notification of this it made us a little uncertain on what was really going on . And Process slow down it was like we had to start all over again .

    The loan officer I dealt with at the beginning of the transaction did not communicate at all. I had inquired very often on updates, in which I got little to no response. After learning he was let go and Christy took over the file, I feel as though she did incredible work to get the loan closed. She absolutely needs commended for taking on extra work and making a difficult file as seamless as possible. Our contract was scheduled for a 30 day close and though it took 52 days, I feel Christy worked hard to make that happen. Thank you Christy!

    To be honest, I was working with Bill who I truly have nothing but the best to say about him. He has been doing my mortgages for 12+ years. Never have I ever experienced such a headache from the company that backed him. This is not his fault at all but I would never do business with this company again. The communication and process was horrible.
