WHAT YOU'LL DO HERE
On Q Financial, Inc. is looking for an experienced, technical, and passionate SEO Specialist! The ideal candidate has experience ranking pages, acquiring backlinks, identifying problem areas within a website, and a passion to keep up to date on the latest SEO trends & changes. This candidate must possess a strong desire to dive deep into data analytics and present findings to our marketing team improvements. If you have an eagerness to take your career to the next level and help us take our website to the top of the search charts, we want to speak with you!
- Run Technical Audits within SEMRush and work with our web development team to fix issues.
- Determine SEO Website projects.
- Ongoing testing & reporting.
- Maintain reporting integrity.
- Review reporting monthly with our marketing team.
- Run A/B testing using Optimizely or Crazy Egg.
- Make recommendations and work with our designers on UI/UX changes.
- Test newly launched changes on website.
- Setup and track goals in Analytics.
- Work with our PPC Specialist to maintain and manage Google Tag Manager.
- Work with our writing team to generate content that is relative to our customers and target popular online queries.
- Create a content calendar with our writing team to ensure consist weekly blog content is delivered.
- Work with our design team to build and design new pages.
- Generate content with 3Rd party content partners.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Education & Experience
- 3 Years minimum, Preferred 5+ Years specifically in an SEO role and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or 5+ years in Digital Marketing or SEO.
- Proven track record of establishing a brand organically on Google Search, Maps, & Secondary Search markets.
- Familiarity with SEMrush.
- Expert Understanding of Google Search Console.
- Expert Understanding of Google Analytics.
- Expert Understanding of Bing Webmaster Tools.
- Demonstrates an understanding on how to generate backlinks with third party partners.
Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:
- Strong computer knowledge needed, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Must be customer service driven.
- Must have excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks properly and meet deadlines without sacrificing accuracy.
- Exceptional communication skills required, both verbally and written.
