On Q Financial Mortgage Consultant Austin Lampson, was recently honored in National Mortgage News’ 2016 Top Producer rankings, and shares how she considers her professional role as one of a guide more than a salesperson.
“Our role is to guide clients through the process and puzzle solve as anything comes up,” says Lampson. “A good loan officer has to know every part of the process. From what’s needed to disclose a loan to the handling emotions, to ensuring proper timing. One has to be on their toes to know various guidelines and opportunities and how those can best suite our clients needs.”
