David Stevens has more than 30 years as an executive in mortgage finance, sales, acquisition, investment, risk management and regulatory oversight. Stevens started his professional career at the World Savings Bank and was later a Senior Vice President at Freddie Mac and an Executive Vice President at Wells Fargo, before being President and Chief Operating Officer of Long & Foster Companies, the nation’s largest privately held real estate firm.
