    I had a lot of personal things going on at the same time and on top of that my mom who was a co-borrower didn't know how to do things online unless I was there to help. So with our crazy work hours and busy days of having to run by their place and do all my stuff on my end I was very overwhelmed and mentally exhausted. But everyone at onQ was so patient and kind. On top of that, didn't make me feel bad for not knowing certain things and probably asking very dumb questions at times.
