    With 27 years of lending experience behind me, I’ve learned one very important thing; every client’s needs are different. That’s because each person I’ve helped become a homeowner has had a different dream of the perfect home and a different set of circumstances or experiences they were working within. It’s my job to listen to your unique story and help you find a path to reaching your goals. My Purpose is simple; I am here to serve you and make the loan process as smooth and easy as it truly can be while working on your behalf to get you to the finish line of homeownership.

    I could go on and on about the college degrees I have or the tough loans I’ve closed, but those things really don’t matter. What does matter is that I have a broad base of lending knowledge gleaned from years of experience in the real world of mortgage lending. I have the heart to serve the people for whom I work. I am looking forward to working with you and helping you reach your goals, whatever form they might take.

    Shawn has been so helpful at explaining every step of the process in a way I understand. He also does what is best for us and explains many options for us. On Q financial is very professional yet personable and works in a timely manner. I originally had gotten a quote from another lender but upon speaking with Shawn he was able to give us a much lower rate and help us save unnecessary costs. We were so thankful we were pointed in his direction. I will definitely be using him in the future and recommending him to anyone I know needing a loan.

    Sending documents and providing information was easy. Answered all my newbie questions. There were a few times I needed a printer (I don't own one) and a scanner, would be easier if that was electronic with docusign or similar.
