I’ve known Scott for over 35 years but haven’t seen him in over 20! When I was thinking of doing my refi with cash out, I wanted someone in the industry I could trust. Many people are brokers but I wanted someone to represent my best interest not theirs or their company’s. Not surprised by Scott’s diligent professionalism, but the his speed, constant communication, and amazing technology enablers surprised me and made this such an easy process! We were done so fast I couldn’t believe it. I’ve since been able to take advantage of this market and pay down many of my credit cards & do some home updates without changing my payment!

I couldn’t possibly recommend Scott enough. We recently closed on our home and were total first timers. Scott made everything incredibly easy. He took the time to explain all of the details and was so patient with our many questions. We had complete trust and confidence in him throughout the process. The communication was amazing and I never waited on a response for anything. I still can’t believe we closed in 4 weeks, too!
