GREAT COMMUNICATION

As the buyers agent I was not included on several emails, I was also not informed that my buyers file was moved to OnQ. My buyer was stressed and overwhelmed with the amount of people that were involved and the way he felt it was handled. Documents needed signing even after closing. Information was given to seller in regards t my buyer that should not have been....overall I saved the deal in the las hour so my buyer wouldn't go to another company.
