More clear communication with clients about the timeline/process as well as what you need from them. Additionally potentially stronger team communication so clients aren't hearing different things from mortgage consultant, assistant and loan processor. We were regularly asked to provide documents we had already sent to someone on the team or asked for incorrect documents that weren't actually needed. It, along with a few other errors, were unnerving, added stress on our end and made us have less trust in the process.
