About Jessica

I care a lot about my customers and their experience. I know how stressful buying a home can be and I want to be there to make it as seamless and stress-free as possible.

I like a challenge and enjoy helping customers with transactions that most Mortgage Consultants shy away from. I’ve been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years and am very knowledgeable about renovation financing, construction financing, and manufactured homes.

I grew up in Iowa in a small town along the Mississippi River. I moved to Arizona in 1997 and have called it home ever since. I live in Gilbert with my husband, 2 sons, and 3 dogs. In my free time, I love spending time enjoying the outdoors and taking care of my large plant collection.

I truly appreciate helping others obtain their goals when purchasing or refinancing their home.  I understand that it can be a stressful transaction and believe that my team and I can help reduce some of that stress!

Jessica and team were amazing. I’m a first time home buyer who did this with no buyers agent. So this was stressful! Jessica helped me through the entire process and answered any questions I had and most I didn’t even have to ask because she was on top of everything! I can’t thank her enough for being so understanding and helpful!!!!

There was not a lot about the experience with OnQ that I actually appreciated. I did though appreciate Barb and how she conducted herself, I didn't like how she went quiet when I mentioned getting angry, she was great and made everything better just texting back and forth, I thought she was very friendly and she helped a lot. I did not mind one bit when we had the times wrong and when I had expected a call at 4 which ended up being 430 cause she is in a different time zone. The importance of our having a home as close to the cold weather can't be understated and causes frustration when numbers don't seem right I tend to get frustrated. I liked how Barb was introduced to us as part of the team and what her role would be. I did not like how Kristen and Rocky interjected themselves into the mix without being properly introduced by Jessica whom I thought was in charge of this particular transaction. I feel had Jessica introduced Rocky we would not have had the misunderstanding of where we were to meet the notary, I thought everyone was in Arizona and the notary was coming to our home. This particular aspect of the entire process was very troubling indeed. Somewhere along the way I paid ~$5Kish in points and I've no idea what I paid for - typically you pay points to bring down the rate - why is the interest rate still so high - don't really care that it is a Construction loan - points are paid and you should get something in return - I didn't get anything from what I can tell. Maybe Barb can figure it out for me and give me a call - Interest only payments. From what I can tell interest only payments start right away, interest on the full borrowed amount, yet the full borrowed amount hadn't been borrowed - yet here we are paying full interest at a crazy interest rate and no it doesn't matter who pays it! Why is there a VA funding Fee? The VA doesn't fund anything! Does this money actually go to the VA? Jessica said the $ amount of the check I needed to bring to closing was correct - it would have been correct had all parties known about this. If I had to bottom line my experience with OnQ I would say, had it not been for Barb it would have not gone through and I would have cancelled when I wasn't getting answers. If anyone gets a bonus for this transaction actually going through it should be Barb -
