Hi there! I’m Elias Patino and I am a Mortgage Consultant at On Q Financial out of Wilmington, North Carolina. I serve the Wilmington Community and our office has more than 35 years of Mortgage Expertise. My main goal is to see where you are in the process of purchasing a home and deliver solutions that are tailored to you. I look forward to helping you stay updated on your loan and having everything run smoothly when in the process of buying a home.

I want you to know that I will be in your corner and I will guide you through the process of owning a home. Mortgages are much more than year-terms and rates, they are a path of making your dreams come true. As I said earlier, I stay up to date with the latest trends and will check on a guideline if that means getting an answer to your question. There are different programs out there for Home Ownership and I’m sure there is one that is a perfect fit for you. Once you entrust me with your application, I will build a financial plan that will make sense to you and your family.

I was born in Wilmington, North Carolina but I have lived most of my life in Duplin County, North Carolina. There’s nothing like being close to the beach and Wilmington is my home. I am married to a special girl, Cecilia, and when I am not working, you can probably find me with her. I don’t have human kids yet, but I consider my fur babies my kids because they were rescued from an early age. A Teacup Chihuahua and two sister cats are the only kids we have now.

I love to play soccer, explore the outdoors, spend time with family and paint on a canvas as well. I take pride in volunteering for the Community and I am very passionate about empowering our youth with Mt. Calvary Center for Leadership and Development. The Alzheimer’s Association also has a special place in my heart, and I help with events in the community. When I am not at work, you can find me at my church, the Refinery, where I enjoy the word and spend time with friends and family.

    I would have preferred an option between Great and Okay but it was not available. There were several instances which caused a pause that would keep me from giving a rating of Great. Primary focus was on delays with related explanation about the loan status and needs.
