Hi there! I’m Elias Patino and I am a Mortgage Consultant at On Q Financial out of Wilmington, North Carolina. I serve the Wilmington Community and our office has more than 35 years of Mortgage Expertise. My main goal is to see where you are in the process of purchasing a home and deliver solutions that are tailored to you. I do this because everyone’s needs are different and whether you’re buying your first home, looking to invest in real estate, or wanting to have a vacation spot, I look out for your best interest! If this resonated with you, please call me today on my cell at 910-902-9295.
What sets me apart, most importantly, is that I believe in continuous learning especially in an industry like the one I’m in, things are always changing. I have partnered with CPAs, tax preparers, realtors, wealth advisors, community leaders, credit repair companies, real estate investor associations, and mortgage professionals to stay up to date on the latest practices and trends. I look forward to helping you stay updated on your loan and having everything run smoothly when in the process of buying a home.
I want you to know that I will be in your corner and I will guide you through the process of owning a home. Mortgages are much more than year-terms and rates, they are a path of making your dreams come true. As I said earlier, I stay up to date with the latest trends and will check on a guideline if that means getting an answer to your question. There are different programs out there for Home Ownership and I’m sure there is one that is a perfect fit for you. Once you entrust me with your application, I will build a financial plan that will make sense to you and your family.
I was born in Wilmington, North Carolina but I have lived most of my life in Duplin County, North Carolina. There’s nothing like being close to the beach and Wilmington is my home. I am married to a special girl, Cecilia, and when I am not working, you can probably find me with her. I don’t have human kids yet, but I consider my fur babies my kids because they were rescued from an early age. A Teacup Chihuahua and two sister cats are the only kids we have now.
I love to play soccer, explore the outdoors, spend time with family and paint on a canvas as well. I take pride in volunteering for the Community and I am very passionate about empowering our youth with Mt. Calvary Center for Leadership and Development. The Alzheimer’s Association also has a special place in my heart, and I help with events in the community. When I am not at work, you can find me at my church, the Refinery, where I enjoy the word and spend time with friends and family.
