    Hello! I am Derek Wetzel and I am a Mortgage Consultant at On Q Financial, LLC. My high level of experience, top product knowledge, and great follow through has given me the ability to help many families bring their home ownership dreams to life.

    In my downtime, you will often find me on the golf course or exploring new destinations with my family. Giving back to the community by donating to local charities is also a top priority for me.  I’m proud to say that I coach my kid’s sports teams.

    Derek was extremely communicative throughout the process and made things happen. He did not have much time to get this loan done (as it was a bit of a last-minute decision for my client to obtain financing) but he met the deadline, and everyone was happy - especially the borrower! Highly recommended.

    Great work. Had a rough experience with a previous lender. Derek came in halfway through my closing process and proceeded to pick up the ball and run fast to close the deal. Also beat the previous lender's interest rate.
