    My personal approach to every borrower that I work with sets me apart! Using my communication skills to stay in constant contact with my clients is what separates me from most Mortgage Bankers. I share the simple understanding that a company is only as good as its people. Our goals on the Miller Team are set by the number of families that we help – not the amount of money we make. My goal is to help as many families as I can buy the homes of there dreams.

    More communication. We were told our closing date had to be postponed a day due to the required time for us to review the closing disclosure & this was on the Monday of our closing week. The Friday before we scrambled to get last minute docs over & once they were received we were told received, thanks. Nothing about us having to receive the closing disclosure that day “or Saturday/Sunday” in order to meet our deadline was mentioned. We had a lot of inconveniences with this because we had POD deliveries scheduled and moving truck. Also we had to stay in a hotel an extra night which OnQ did reimburse but was credited to our loan at over 6%. Cash/check to pay the hotel would have been better. We were also told due to getting approved for FHA, then attempting to go conventional to avoid PMI which ended up being more expensive than FHA with PMI, and so we switched back to FHA was the cause of our postponing. I know Brian is good at what he does which is why we chose him. This experience could have been better but things do happen.
