WHAT YOU'LL DO HERE
On Q Financial, Inc. is seeking a brand marketing specialist to help with some very specific areas of our organization. The perfect candidate will help us grow brand awareness at the branch level, will liaise with our Sales Enablement Team to increase the value we provide to our Loan Originators, will manage our brand reputation software and will help grow our brand awareness through our Cause Marketing initiatives. This role is focused on all things brand and buzz!
- Grow brand awareness.
- Continuous improvement with Sales Enablement processes.
- Create brand champions of our employees.
- Develop a brand reputation strategy.
- Liaise with our Sales Enablement Team to design an exceptional Loan Originator experience that adds value to their business with the goal of increasing LO retention.
- Support various branch-level projects, including presentation slide decks, marketing promotions, administrative tasks.
- Planning, promotion and execution of successful On Q Financial, Inc. Gives Back events.
- Oversee and manage our third-party ratings & reviews platform. Provide ongoing reporting to our Sales & Operations Leadership to create actionable insights.
- Primary point of contact between Marketing and Compliance Team on asset approvals.
- Represent Marketing in On Q Financial, Inc.’s Culture Committee.
- Own our New Joiner onboarding process to lay a path for brand ambassadorship through orientation, ongoing education and incentives.
- Facilitate On Q Financial, Inc. systems and tools to onboard and offboarding employees in coordination with our HR Team.
- Coordinate with marketing operations manager on timelines and task assignments for the assets your role requires.
- Stay up to date with industry and market news.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Education & Experience
- Background in financial services a plus
Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:
- Ability to create collateral using InDesign
- Graphics and illustration
- Copywriting
- CRM
