WHAT YOU'LL DO HERE
On Q Financial, Inc. is seeking a talented Junior Digital Design Artist! Do you want to start a career in Digital Marketing, but lack the experience other companies are looking for? This is your chance to work with our marketing department to create next level, jaw-dropping design imagery. We are looking for a candidate who loves to tell a story through art, design, and videography. Join our Growing Marketing team today! Looking to hire ASAP!
- Learn and Design landing pages in Adobe XD
- Create Digital & Print flyers for our Mortgage Consultants
- Create Beautiful Social Assets
- Work with our SEO, Content, and web team to create beautifully designed blog and marketing pages
- Work on Branding Guidelines
- Knows how to accept constructive criticism and how to harness critique to implement improvements
- Learn and Create videos, GIFs, and other Animated content
- Work on redefining our brand visually
- Work and complete projects on time and within the scope
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Education & Experience
- Must have a Strong Personal or Professional Portfolio.
- Can demonstrate an expert level understanding of Adobe Suite or similar related software (IE: Apple Graphic Software).
Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:
- Has a strong desire to keep up with the latest design tools, concepts, trends, and technologies surrounding design.
- Demonstrates a love and passion for everything design and art-related.
- Knows how to accept constructive criticism and how to harness critique to implement improvements.
- Creates eye-catching graphics and engaging designs that follow the company brand.
- Handle graphic projects from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain image library files.
- Detail Oriented.
- Must be able to work on multiple projects and deliver projects on time.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Preferred: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, InDesign, Illustrator.
- Animate graphics.
- Create a video with After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Rush, or similar programs.
- Previous experience in graphic design or other related fields.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Or 3+ Years of Graphic Design Experience.
- Loves pushing the envelope and following the latest design trends.
