Regional VP | Washington
With over 16 years in the mortgage lending industry, I have worked in multiple channels within the business. Being currently positioned as a Regional Vice President for the Pacific Northwest, I focus on relationship development, personal production growth, and regional production growth.
I love what I do. I take pride in making sure I offer our borrowers the absolute best home buying experience. Providing borrowers knowledgeable consultation and exceptional communication throughout their mortgage process empowers them to know what to expect, from the day they take the application to the day they get their keys.
My family is my world. I have a wonderful wife, two beautiful daughters and an 18-year-old cat named Spencer that fills my life with so much happiness and love.
I was born and raised in NE Pennsylvania. While planning our wedding in 2002, my wife and I decided to scrap the formal party plans and use our funds to move to southern California. As you can imagine, our families were less than pleased. We did eventually marry in 2005, and we resided in San Diego until 2012, when a fantastic promotional opportunity brought us to Washington state.
We love the PNW! We enjoy exploring coastal cities, spending the day hiking or snow tubing at Mount Hood or just taking road trips to find new and exciting adventures to experience with our two little girls. Anytime we can be together as a family is a time well spent.
I am very excited for the opportunity to share some of On Q’s great features and programs with you and your borrowers! Please feel to reach out to me with any questions that you may have!

“John Creighton brought me into the industry 8 years ago. He has been an amazing mentor!! He is extremely dedicated to his sales team and constantly shows his support in growing my business, helping with difficult files and getting the loans closed on time.”
“I’ve known John Creighton for 11 years. We were coworkers and business partners before he took his role as our regional sales manager. John defines the term “people person”. He is extremely likeable and excels at building relationships with diverse groups of people. He is always accessible when you need him and will always go to bat for you when you need him.”
“Great leadership is so often undervalued in an organization. For me, the most important quality in a leader is authenticity. Give me the real scoop, good or bad, and help me make an informed decision. After meeting and getting to know John, he’s the real deal: authentic, down to earth, and a successful veteran of the mortgage industry. I truly enjoy working for John and I know he has our back, at all times.”
