The original loan officer did not give me correct info. This caused a 3 month delay and an increase of 1.5% on my rate. This is causing me to have to spend about $250 per month more on my payment. No one seemed to care to do anything about this. I would never want anyone to have to go through what we went through. I had to send the same documents multiple times. I had to renexplain things multiple times. The total process ended up taking almost 4 months due to the incorrect info give to us. At the end I was told that due to the errors on OnQ’s part they would try to do something to help us out financially which never happened either. It was a complete mess all the way through.

We started working with a person by the name of Stan who we were Comfortable with .he was replaced in the middle of the Process, he was really helpful and he helped us to understand the process and when Stan was replaced things became Frustrated and really Unpleasant it made the process longer to the point that we thought that was going to Lose the home that we have been approved for under Stan ,your company started repeatedly asking for things that we giving to Stan. so we became upset and unsure if this was the right company for us we reached out to Stan who Continued to give us Advice and reassurance that things will be ok .no disrespect but the funny thing about all of this the Title company question the Process that your company uses and Continue delays that they said Unnecessary. Whit that being said we are Satisfy that we have Closed and my mother home is still in the family . I will Continue to reach out to Stan to see if he is in a Position to help when ever someone is in need of Financing for a home I hope he is because I don't think I will send any one to your company to be put through what we were unless they is NO another one to Turn to, it is not a good business Practice to remove someone in the middle of the Process when that person is the only reason we came to your company.
