I’m proud to say that I have been a mortgage consultant with On Q Financial since its formation in 2005. I was initially attracted by the company’s core values such as: reputation, honesty, integrity and putting the clients’ needs first and foremost. On Q’s values are a direct match to my personal values. I specialize in completing purchase transactions on time and with a high level of customer service. I have developed many solid relationships with top tier Realtors in the Seattle and East-side region of Washington State. Realtors rely on my expertise and ability to close each and every transaction on time and deliver outstanding client service. This is important to me since the majority of my business comes via referrals from satisfied clients and Realtors. I was honored by On Q Financial in February of 2009 as its first inductee into the Million Dollar Club for surpassing one million dollars in purchase transactions for the month. I was further honored by On Q Financial by closing more than five million dollars in purchase transactions in first and second quarters of 2009. When not at work I am a longtime volunteer for Habitat for Humanity, helping to build homes for those in need and Meow, a local cat rescue shelter.
