Richard Lytle is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist with On Q Financial. He has been serving the local Wilmington Market and the surrounding counties for over 8 years. Richard’s main goal is to deliver sound advice by providing loan solutions that will benefit his clients today and in the future!

To continue his effort to educate his clients, Richard has partnered with local CPAs, tax accountants, Realtors, builders, bankers, insurance agents, and even other mortgage professionals. “Education is a vital ingredient that improves awareness to the individuals and families that are looking to purchase, refinance, or payoff some debt by using their mortgage as a financial tool instead of a liability,” added Richard.

When Richard Lytle is not working on or providing the sound advice regarding mortgages, he is out in the community. Richard serves at Port City Community Church at guest services, helping visitors familiarize themselves with mission of the Church. He has also helped raise money for organizations such as Red Cross, American Cancer Society, and Muscular Dystrophy. Most recently Richard has served as President of the Wilmington Advisory Board Chapter of BNI for two full terms. (BNI stands for Business Network International).

Richard also has a special passion outside of all of this and it is the inside of his home, his family. He is married to a beautiful woman, Tiffany, whom they have a beautiful daughter, Isabelle. “Family is by far the most important thing in my life, next to GOD,” exclaimed Richard. Family helps drive me to help other people.

Richard enjoys sharing the outdoors with his family and friends, which includes boating, fishing, hiking, surfing, and going to the beach. He has also picked up the friendly competition of running, swimming, and cycling, which you can call triathlons. Most importantly, Richard enjoys watching his daughter, Isabelle, play soccer.
