About Me

I have been a Mortgage Consultant for the past 24 years. I obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance- Real Estate in 1988 from San Diego State University. Since then I have served over 3000 clients with financing in excess of $1.6 Billion in mortgages. As many of you know, I have always been focused on getting my clients the best rate and fee possible putting them with the RIGHT product in order to meet their financing needs. I have chosen On Q Financial which is a Mortgage Bank and DIRECT lender. On Q Financial is all about what Brian Wada is about and that is INTEGRITY. Please note that On Q is a direct lender, I have total control over the loan, from processing to closing. Making one call to me is equivalent to making 10 or 12 calls to various mortgage companies. I have multiple investors that interpret underwriting guidelines differently, giving me more flexibility than a single bank. I can look at all of our banks interpretations of the same guidelines which gives us a huge advantage over a traditional bank. As such, my ability to adapt to the ever-changing environment of the lending industry is faster and more efficient than today’s norms… this also translates into lower rates and fees that you have been accustomed to seeing when working with me.
My business has been successful the past 24 years due to referrals from past clients which as you can see must be working since I have financed so many homes over the years.
