Experience:
Mr. Bergman is the President and Owner of On Q Financial since the inception of the company in 2005.  Previous to founding On Q, John was a top producing loan originator with average yearly loan production of 450 units and over $100 million in closed loan volume.  John’s desire to be the very best, prompted him to start On Q Financial. John’s focus for the company is to have a top tier reputation which is well established in the market with clients, referral sources, business affiliates, employees and prospective employees. On Q’s  focus is to provide service levels that create Raving Fans of our internal and external partners.

Experience:
Ms. Boynton served as the National Retail Mortgage Operations Manager for First National Bank of Arizona for ten years prior to joining On Q Financial. Shirley has over 30 years experience in the real estate industry, including title, escrow and real estate lending.

Experience:
Mr. Butler started in the mortgage business as a Mortgage Consultant and grew into branch management responsibilities at First Magnus Financial Services. Paul moved from the branch operations into corporate duties and served as the Director of Business Development for the retail division of First Magnus helping to grow it into one of the largest lenders in the Country. Previous to the mortgage industry, Paul was an owner and director of large international consulting and professional engineering services companies.

Experience:
Prior to joining On Q Financial, Mr. DeLeon served as the Secondary Product Manager for First National Bank of Arizona for five years. Nelson has over 25 years in the Mortgage Industry. Fifteen years of which were spent managing all aspects of Secondary Marketing including hedging, trading, investor delivery, product development and loan program implementation.

Experience:
Prior to joining On Q Financial, Mr. Downing was a Senior Vice President at Chase Home Mortgage for 15 Years. During that time Mike was the Division Manager of both the Southwest and West Retail Franchises. He was responsible for all aspects of retail lending, including originations, business development and profit and loss management of $7 billion of annual closed loan volume. Mike has over 30 years of total experience in the mortgage industry.

Experience:
As the Division Operations Manager of Chase Mortgage for 24 Years, Ms. King oversaw processing, closing and underwriting for mortgage branches in multiple states. Pat has over 35 Years in Mortgage Banking.

Experience:
Prior to joining On Q Lee was the Director of Recruiting for MetLife Home Loans. Lee managed all aspects of both sales and operations recruiting. He is a former business owner and operated his own company, Bradbury and Williamson for 11 years, specializing in the mortgage banking industry. Lee also has a strong sports background from playing both college and professional football. He lives in the Dallas area with his wife and two daughters.
