On Q Financial was established in 2005 with the vision of hiring the best people in the industry. Since inception, On Q Financial has grown from 12 employees to over 200 employees. We’ve also increased closed loan volume every year from $70 million in 2005 to $1.075 billion in 2011. We have over 20 branch locations in Arizona, California, Colorado, North Carolina, Texas, and Washington.
